Phoenix is the 6th largest city in the United States, with a variety of different neighborhoods that will appeal to any buyer. 


Downtown - Phoenix has a growing downtown, with the addition of restaurants and bars, apartment and condominium communities, and expansion of the downtown Arizona State University campus. New Entertainment options include sporting events at Chase Field and Talking Stick Arena, concerts and theatrical performances at The Orpheum and the Herberger Theaters, museums like the Pheonix Art Museum and The Heard Museum, and outdoor spaces like Hance Park. Phoenix has miles of bike lanes to allow residents to enjoy the almost year round great weather. The Light Rail and Grid Bikes are transportation options for those who are car-free. New high-rise developments such as Portland on the Park and The Muse are redefining downtown Phoenix. Roosevelt Row is home to boutique art galleries, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the monthly First Friday block party/art walk.


Midtown/Uptown -  The midtown and uptown areas of Phoenix provide an variety of living options, from historical neighborhoods like Willo and Encanto, to newer condo communities such as The Edison and Art Haus. New Frank Lloyd Wright-Inspired condos called the Mason are highly sought after units. Restaurants are abundant in this area, Postino's, Federal Pizza, Chicago-based Lou Malnati's, and Windsor all populate the new Uptown Plaza area. The Yard neighborhood is a popular area named after the restaurant that is a popular happy hour destination. Housing near the central Steele Indian School Park provides outdoor opportunities for residents, as well as food options like the Clever Koi and coffee shops like uber popular Lux.  


Arcadia - Located in the east side of Phoenix, Arcadia is a trendy area with many restaurants and bars. Located near Scottsdale and Tempe, Arcadia provides a central valley location. 


South Phoenix - South Mountain provides residents of South Phoenix great views on a daily basis. South Mountain is the largest municipal park in the country, and offers hiking and mountain biking trails, cycling roads, and picnicking areas. The Light Rail will be expanding into South Phoenix over the next several years. The area offers various affordable single-family home options as well as mountainside properties. 


North Phoenix - North Phoenix offers residence multiple mountain options such as North Mountain and Piestiwa Peak. North Phoenicians can enjoy shopping and dining options, as well as spacious properties.
